Attorney John Dogum Serves as faculty for Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA) Program
Martin, Banks, Pond, Lehocky & Wilson attorney John P. Dogum served as faculty for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association Program entitled "Liens and Subrogation." Held on March 16, 2007, the program discussed issues in workers' compensation liens including Medicare set-aside trusts, the extent and limitations on the employer's rights, and how to negotiate and settle a workers' compensation lien.
